Welcome to PDD Conversions. These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with us when you use our website or engage our campervan conversion services. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. We recommend reviewing them carefully.

1. Service Engagement
Our services include the design, fabrication, and installation of campervan conversion components.
All projects are defined by a Build Specification document agreed and signed prior to commencement. Any changes requested after work has begun will be treated as a variation and may result in additional costs and revised timelines.

2. Payment & Deposit Policy

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your build slot.

• Deposits cover administrative work, design time, and material procurement.

• Remaining payments will be split into agreed staged instalments based on build progress.

• Full payment must be received before vehicle collection.

• Late payments may result in delays or storage charges.
   

3. Vehicle Supply & Condition
The client supplies the base vehicle:

• It must be delivered in a clean, roadworthy condition.

• The customer confirms they are the legal owner or authorised user.

• PDD Conversions accepts no responsibility for pre-existing faults, rust, or structural issues.

• Any issues identified during the build may require additional work and cost.
   

4. Build Timescales
Estimated completion dates are provided as a guide only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Supplier or material shortages

• Unforeseen vehicle issues

• Changes requested by the customer
   

5. Insurance & Risk

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is insured at all times, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• While reasonable care is taken, vehicles and contents remain at the owner’s risk.
   

6. Warranty Protection
PDD Conversions provides a 12-month warranty on workmanship relating to carpentry and interior installations.
This warranty:

• Applies only to the original customer

• Covers defects in workmanship

• Does not cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or poor maintenance

  • Modifications by third parties

Appliances and third-party products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.


7. Compliance & Use

• Installations are completed to a professional standard in line with current UK guidelines at the time of build.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The vehicle remains within legal weight limits (GVW)

  • The vehicle complies with road and insurance regulations after conversion
     

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use or travel disruption
   

9. Cancellations

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable

• Cancellations after work has commenced will be charged for work completed and materials purchased
   

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
